Aspiration

ASPIRATION (from the Latin word "aspiratio" (inhalation) * EN: aspiration; DE: Aspiration; FR: aspiration; ES: aspiracion; RU: аспирация) is the suction of the air with the usage of the special tools and devices, at the place of the creation of the harmful substances (dust, gases).

The purposes of aspiration are: the prevention of the spreading of the harmful substances within the atmosphere of the mines, quarries, and indoor spaces of the beneficiating, crushing, and other plants; the collection of the samples for the analysis of the dust content of the air, which is being explored. Aspiration is performed by the aspirating dust receptacles, which are the part of the structure of the technological equipment (perforators, drilling rigs, combined cutter-loader machines), or by the aspirators.
