Alymov, Alexander Nikolaevich

ALYMOV, Alexander Nikolaevich (RU: Алымов, Александр НиколаевиAlymov, Alexander Nikolaevichч) is the soviet scientist in the field of the mining science, the academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR (since 1973). He is the member of the CPSU since 1943. He has graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Institute of Finance (in 1952). In 1965-72, he was the director of the Institute of the Industrial Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR (the Donetsk branch of the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR till 1969). Since 1973, he was the Chairman of the Board for the Study of the Productive Forces of the Ukrainian SSR of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR.

He has developed the theoretical principles of the rationing of the productive reserves and working capitals in the coal industry and mine construction (1960-65), he has proposed the concept of the formation and usage of the productive capacity (1970), the methodology of the analysis and evaluation of the process of the reproduction and of the level of the consumption of the productive assets (1975-80).
